My experience with Red Star Towing was the best experience I have ever had with a towing company (9/17/26). Family owned. Not only did a real person (Mo) answer the phone, but he was the same guy who came to pick up our SUV! He was at our location in under a 1/2 hour (you heard me right). He was professional, polite, and amicable to taking our SUV wherever we thought best. No muss, no fuss. I even rode with him to the repair shop. We had a great conversation along the way. Oh…and almost forgot to mention his cost/charge was great, dare I say, ‘can’t beat.’ Star Towing is saved on my phone. They will undoubtedly be my first call if we ever need service like this again. They will lie to you cheat you and scam you. This tow company towed my vehicle down a toll road knowing that the customer would be charged and didn't notify me didn't ask for my consent. I disputed this with the NTTA they told me it's a state law that's been in effect since 2011. The tow company tried to tell me that it's a new law they were unaware of and would not reimburse me it's bad enough that I was overcharged but the additional $50 for a toll bill is unacceptable I'm now having to take them to Court to settle this matter. Even where is the tow truck showed up without a license plate and without a toll tag. When I try to dispute this with the towing company I got yelled at and cussed at. I was referred to them from Euless B&B Wrecker I wouldn't do any business with this company I would steer clear and find someone that's a better value and then also values their customer more.

I used them through my Insurnace company bc I needed a tow, they were busy but got to me and callwd several times to check on me. My tower was named Dominque was incredbily helpful, quick, friendly and had an contagious great upbeat attitude. He made every last detail was covered when it came to loading and unloading my mercedes with extra attention to details to avoid scratching anything. It was great to see such professional high touch. His supervisor call 2-3xs to ensure service and timing was good and I like that. Highly recommend this professional team!! Awesome!!

I want to share my experience with Masters Towing tonight. My back tired blow-off in the middle of the road and I was been looking for road assistance for 2 hours as I didn't get anything close by to take me for affordable price to my home that it was 30/40 minutes away. We were pretty disappointed with A24/7 towing. After reading all the positive reviews, we decided to schedule an appointment for a tow. We were given a quote, as expected. They showed up an hour late, which created some stress as the repair shop was waiting for us to arrive before they closed up for the evening. Had they been on time, that could have been avoided. Once they arrived and loaded up the car, the driver then complained about where the car had been parked. It was on a residential street, with nothing in the way and no traffic to battle. When it came time to pay, the quote jumped from $250 to $325 and had an added charge on top of that for using a credit card. 2 stars for at least getting our car to the shop safely.

On a weekend ride my bike broke down on a rural road and I had to arrange to have it towed. I was a little worried about how it would be taken care of but the driver came with the necessary equipment and knew what he was doing. I appreciated the fact that he was taking his time strapping down the motorcycle properly since it told me he wasn't hurrying and he was paying attention. He also said they do car towing and unique vehicle towing which gave me comfort that they are experienced with many types of services. The transport went well and my bike arrived without any problems. They appear to understand their bikes, not just use them like any other vehicle. I had an amazing experience with this towing service. My car wouldn’t start due to what seemed like a fuel line blockage, and Aladdin came out to help. Not only was he able to get my car running again, but he didn’t charge me anything for it. What really stood out was that he followed me all the way back toward my home to make sure I made it safely to a repair shop nearby. That level of care and kindness is rare these days. I dealt with Z, who provided me an excellent tow estimate. I was impressed, as others had quoted me double the price. Mo, our to tow truck driver, was professional and took great care of transporting our truck. He is a careful and safe driver. Caution in using this provider if you’re looking for reliability and Integrety. Bowie Towing LLC was dispatched to us for roadside assistance tow. They reported that they were 29 minutes away. As time lapsed, they were 25 minutes, then 21 minutes. I received a phone call from them stating he had a pick up to complete and then would head our way in approximately 30 minutes. No problem! Later, I received a text it would be an hour before arrival, then 41 minutes. The last text I received said 56 minutes. We felt like this may be a prank or a joke. We canceled them and called our own wrecker service. If towing company can’t make it to the tow location successfully, I can only imagine how the rest of the process would have gone.

Bowie towing is by far the best towing service that I have every utilized. The customer service was outstanding, the communication was over and beyond and the driver is just overall a really really Good person. Although my vehicle had issues, by the time I made it home all my frustrations were gone due to 1st my faith in God, 2nd my warranty and 3rd the driver. He made the trip home feel like I was riding with my brother that came and rescued me stuck on the side of the road. I don’t usually Give reviews unless the service is outstanding and I must agree that Bowie Towing is definitely top notch.

Been coming here for a long time. With out a doubt best price and most knowledgeable. They've consistently worked on all of my cars and I never had issues. When they say it will be fixed. It will be. They replaced trans in my bmw for literally half the cost of the lowest bid I was able to find at other surrounding areas. It's been about 1 yr since and no issues.

used them through AAA, they took over three hours to come and when the driver came he looked annoyed to do his job. Was not friendly and didn’t come with a welcoming environment. And then he started driving fast, and irresponsible on the highway and the cherry on top was he had hot ac blowing and had the windows down? Almost like he wanted me to have the worst experience ever. I don’t even know the guys name I think it was ray? but really rude individual. If I could do zero stars I would. PLEASE ASK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO DO YOUR TOW SERVICE.

Aweful mechanic. He changed the Strauss and axle without alignment. Few days later I have to change my tires. The tire shop where I changed my tires said that the mechanic should do the alignment when he changed the parts. Literally the wires in the tires were exposed and it could turn into a fatal accident. By the way both tires had the wires exposed. Be careful of his low price because by the end you will get what you pay for.

This mechanic is the best in town. They are very good at their job, fast and reasonably priced. They are also open on Sundays which is extremely convenient. Set appointment for 10:30-11:15am, and is currently 2 hours late. They send a truck tracking link and it showed the truck was here, I identify the truck and it proceeded to turn around and drive the other direction. I called the service for them to tell me that they were 25 mins away due to other jobs.

Dave you did great. I was stranded in Irving on the 161 off ramp with a broken rear axle on my f250. I live in tyler which is a 2 hour drive from irving, i understand its a long way out and my truck is a medium duty but the tow rates i was getting from wreckers were absolutely mind boggling plus the eta i was getting was ridiculous, over 2 hours from the wreckers I contacted through my motorclub and insurance. RGS rescue service was recommended by a family member who had used them before, and they did not disappoint. Their price was very reasonable, the dispatcher took time to give me a detailed breakdown. Dave arrived ten minutes before the promised eta of 30 minutes, he was very courteous and professional. He made the job look easier that it certainly was, I felt very comfortable two hours that I rode with him and felt even better about the way the whole situation had turned out. My car broke down after classes. After trying to fix it, I decided to call a tow truck. I've worked with Leyva's before, so I decided to call them for help. They showed up 10 minutes after calling them and towed my car back home fast and didn't break my wallet. Service was fast and amicable. Robert was really awesome! The Not a good moment when you need to call the tow truck, but Rob took care of my Z4 and kept me in spirits during a stressful situation after my car lost power on the highway. I would use this company again, but hopefully not too soon. Lol.

Okay now , let me tell you guys that Kyle drove ASAP all the way from Fort Worth to ALABAMA !! To get our truck !& he had the Big flat bed to put our lifted heavy duty RAM on!! we needed it back home asap since it was at a Walmart parking lot! He was QUICK. Left yesterday and now he’s back today like wow. If you are looking titan is definitely the way to go. He took pictures and reassured me that he had our truck and was on his way and everything was okay! Thank you Kyle !!

So granted I'm already upset that my apartment complex had my new car towed even after I parked in the correct spot, here's how 10-4 Tow made my experience just that much worse. I called to get the location and told them I was on my way with the cash to get my car back immediately as I was trying to be on time for work. I get there and felt in luck because I only saw one car parked, I figured I'd be next to be serviced, fast process, in and out. Well I call the tow back to let them know I'd arrived, ready to pay and she told me one person was ahead of me.. I'd be next and outta there in no time. What should have been 5-10 minutes tops turned into a 40 minute wait outside of her door in the cold..the person ahead of me didn't have her money together and the lady that knew I was ready to pay and leave allowed her to sit and call around until she got enough money. My time is as valuable as the money your company got for that free tow you got outta me. A person pulled up directly after me and was in and out because I didn't hold up the transaction by wasting anyone's time, and it would be great in the future if they'd consider not allowing people to hold up customers that are ready to pay.

Very quick and efficient. Pricing was one of the better ones. It's sad that all the towing companies know you don't have a lot of choices price wise so$100 to go 6 miles is robbery. At least the driver was a nice guy and that's more than some companies will give you.

I needed a tow for my vehicle to the repair shop. Titan Towing gave excellent service, at a fair price ($5-10 less than 2 others I called). I scheduled for pickup at 9:00 AM the next morning. They arrived promptly 8:54 AM, friendly driver, no problems at all, went very smoothly. Highly recommended. Getting a car towed is not high on my list of enjoyable things to do :) , but if needed again I will be calling Titan

Were very disorganized and the skill of their drivers was definitely not on par with a lot of other tow services We had the same driver to and from where we took the payload to. They canceled on me the day I needed it picked up and left me waiting for 3 hours with no notice because the driver they sent to me got into an accident on the way there. The day we rescheduled for they arrived an hour late. And on the trip back they didn't hook up the lights of the payload so when making an abrupt exit from the highway with no blinkers on the payload they nearly took out another driver. Wouldn't recommend them. For the price we paid I would expect them to be more experienced and skilled at what they do.

Great service. Kyle answered by the third ring and was incredibly quick and efficient. Kyle told me it would be +/- 45 mins and the driver David showed up in 25. I wasn’t ready when he showed up but he was ok waiting a few minutes for me to get downstairs. Super patient and sweet guy. Good price for the distance it had to go as well. Hopefully never need another tow but if I do I’ll call these guys.

Chance from Titan towing is the absolute best at this!! He's extremely friendly and has a big heart for helping people. I have had to contact titan towing twice and Chance came to the rescue both times. Not only did he contact me to make sure I knew his eta and status but he also came very quickly , got the jobs done quickly , and had me on my way quickly !!
