Really thankful for the help with my Chevrolet Cruze! Dealing with a vehicle problem in a crowded parking lot is never fun, especially when there's damage around the front wheel area. Great experience with nighttime roadside assistance. My Camry suddenly wouldn't start, and I needed help without having to arrange a tow. Really thankful for the towing help I received after my car went off the pavement and became stuck. With the vehicle sitting at an awkward angle on rough ground, I didn’t want to risk trying to move it myself. Shady Company Ty is no help and the other ladies” I talked to called 4 times to get the amount I had to pay to get my vehicle out. Went to get it out and when there they said we can’t take it out after 6 pm. Called 4 times never was told this drove 2 hours for nothing. Plus the amount changed when actually their. Plus vehicle had missing parts but Ty said nope they’re their lol ya we had to replace it but their not responsible… and don’t be sorry a1 and yall aren’t going to improve nothing. Been having bad reviews forever be careful with this company.

Their tow guy, Superman, convinced me to take my car to a mechanic he knows instead of Toyota, so I went ahead with his idea. The mechanic then did unnecessary work on my car, charged me $800, and tried convincing me my cadillitic converter needed replacing. I then took my car to Toyota for another opinion and they said my car was fine and the mechanic didn't know what he was doing, he didn't even put the exhaust pipe back on. They tried convincing me my converter needed replacing and thats why my car sounded so loud when all they did was take out the exhaust pipe and tried scamming me. The cadillitic converter they tried convincing me to get, another $800. Do NOT go ANYWHERE Superman tries convincing you. Just suck It up and take it to your original prefered mechanic. I'm calling AAA to complain against him and if the mechanic does not refund me for the bad parts he lied about, I'm taking him to court.

I just wanted to say that after a terrible day of having my transmission go out on my car I only had to place one call to this tow service and immediately they sent someone out to my location and help me get my car back to the house. They were both quick, the price was lower than anywhere else and the service was excellent. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

This place is 1000% a racket. ABC Wrecker Service is a sham company that participates in predatory, a.k.a. "bandit" towing with apartment complexes and towing companies in the Fort Worth area. They break ALL the laws and if you question them they either blame someone else (i.e. the tow truck operator, the property where your vehicle was taken) or act just straight up sh**ty that you are pointing out their crimes/mistakes. It's beyond disgusting how they take advantage of innocent people and I can't fathom how this place is even still operating. A few local news stations have already done investigations regarding ABC's business practices and yet, here they are still in business, somehow. In my case, my vehicle was fraudulently towed by Capital Tow and taken to ABC Wrecker's yard. No one at ABC Wrecker bothered to report it to Fort Worth PD so it was reported stolen and was "missing" for over a week, which is highly illegal. It's basically a loophole in laws and local ordinances that allows these companies to steal people's property so they can make money in "storage fees." If you find yourself in a similar situation with your vehicle being towed and taken to ABC's yard, do not believe one word they tell you- that's if you can even talk to a human. They are known to not answer their phone, only *maybe* respond to email and will outright refuse to give you pertinent information and/or copies of documents with your personal information on it. They only allow one person into the yard to retrieve the vehicle and pay "fees" which, I am certain is a way to try to minimize having additional witnesses to their crimes. Because both Capital Tow and ABC Wrecker actually stole my vehicle, I will be taking these companies to court and will be reporting them the the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations. Which I hope EVERYONE scammed by them will do. ABC Wrecker operates under the belief that most people are either too uneducated or too busy to hold them accountable for the crimes that they are committing against the good people of Ft. Worth. Unfortunately for them, they screwed with someone who is well versed in legal language and is willing to make time for corporate accountability. It is now my life's mission to have ABC Wrecker shut down along with all of these other scam companies involved in bandit towing. **Also, I am certain that there was a very large dead body of some sort in the yard when I went there. The whole place REEKED of death smells, so, for me, this just added more questions about what type of business ABC Wrecker actually is. It was so bad that I threw away my clothes after I got home.

Great service!!! We called this business when our car broke down and he came within 35 minutes just as he said. This gentleman really took care of our car and treat it as if it was his own car. He was very professional and courteous. The price was very reasonable as well. Needing a towing service in the evening during the weekend when a lot is going on, it's nearly impossible to get the service and when someone does answer, the wait is long and it can also be very expensive as well. Plus they don't always take care of your car, that's extra on their book. We highly recommend this towing service. He did an excellent job!!!

My car had broken down in Grand Prairie. A young gentleman had been trying to make it start, but it wouldn’t. So he called for a wrecker from his AAA without even knowing me 🥰 They sent Preferred Towing. Only hiccup was that he had to go by the tire shop before coming to my location. I didn’t have to wait all that long, as sometimes that the nature of this business. I use to dispatch wreckers, so I understand. Mike B was understanding, hooked my car up correctly and was polite. Now, I’ll admit he isn’t much on the small talk.. but he was still a sweetheart. Thank you Preferred Towing and Mike for safely getting me and my car back to Lancaster.

Truly, the worst place I have ever been. The woman upfront is the least professional person I have ever experienced in my life. This company does not care at all about reviews, but I think the world needs to hear it anyway. She literally mumbles under her breath and acts Like you’re the worst person in the world for making her do her job. She treats you like a piece of garbage. She will throw papers around and at you. How she still has a job is beyond me. Truly, the worst person I have ever experienced in my life. if I could give this place Negative stars I would. I wasn’t even putting up a fight. AAA sent this company when my EV was completely immovable in my driveway, and I'm glad they did! They sent a very personable and professional driver (I believe he was Mr. Fernandez but I didn't catch his first name) and they made sure to bring a wheel dolly so that my EV's motors wouldn't be destroyed from towing. Mr. Fernandez was super quick and efficient and had my car ready to tow within 15 minutes of showing up. I took a ride with him to tow my car to the dealership, and he was very nice and professional the whole drive.

My car overheated and although I was not far from home, 16 miles, I decided to tow instead of limping as I didn't want to cause more damage. I called, was given a good price, and was told 15 minutes for the tow truck. Roughly, two hours later the driver arrived. Customer service is seriously lacking and I believe I was lied to. When the driver arrived and I asked him about his flat tire, the reason I was given as to why he was late, he looked utterly confused. Safety was not this drivers first concern, the use of signal lights was scarce, much like everyone else on the road these days. Being a driving instructor, and semi truck driver, this was hard to watch. Drivers that operate large vehicles should ALWAYS use signal lights. Thankfully the guy listened to my directions on getting to my home instead of his GPS, or I'd still be in the truck. I'm also glad he heard me over the conversation he was having on his phone. It's RUDE to be on the phone when conducting business. I paid and of course no receipt. By this point I was not expecting one. Would I use this company again? Maybe. Would I suggest to friends? Yes with warning labels.

I specifically informed your driver that my vehicle had a busted radiator hose and instructed that it was not to be started under any circumstances. Despite being told this and having the keys available to place the vehicle in neutral without starting it, your driver chose to start the engine and drive it onto the tow truck. Starting a vehicle with a known cooling system failure can cause serious engine damage, and there was absolutely no reason to take that risk after I had clearly warned your driver beforehand. My instructions were ignored, and my vehicle was unnecessarily subjected to the possibility of additional damage. I expect an explanation as to why my explicit instructions were disregarded and what Texas Towing intends to do if any further damage was caused as a result of your employee’s actions. I trusted your company to transport my vehicle safely, not ignore the warnings I provided about its condition.

They took over 2 hours to get there,mind you they called ahead to confirm I had a spare once they arrived the tow truck driver asked where the spare was so I told him underneath the car and he asked how do you get it out which was red flag number 1. Proceeded to ask did I even try to lower the spare. If I was gonna try why the hell would I have called. The most incompetent driver Ive ever had. Do not use them, the car was just at the house I cannot imagine what they do to people actually in need. Do not use, if calling AAA ask to reroute to anyone else

Good customer service was fast and reliable. I called Super Low Cost Towing SVS and expected a long wait, but help arrived much sooner than I thought. The driver checked everything carefully, explained why continuing to drive wasn't a good idea, and arranged the tow without any hassle. He even spent a few minutes chatting with my kids while getting the vehicle loaded, which helped keep everyone calm. The towing service handled the whole situation without making it feel overwhelming. By the time everything was sorted out, I felt much more relaxed and confident about the next steps.

Had a emergency and needed t I g e t my vehicle to a trusted repair shop. It was 16 miles and places close to me were asking between 250and 300 dollars. I called my shop and they gave me the referal to Panther View Auto tow. I was sold on the price and even though Panther view had to travel on th we otherwise of fort worth, they arrived 20 minutes after I called them. This buisness beats it's competition in customer service, price and no nonsense waiting. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I endorse a 10 for Panther View auto tow hands down. The driver was professional and didn't waste anytime getting it onto the flatbed.

Truck #27 deserves some recognition. I witnessed the driver get put into a situation that could have gone very wrong very quickly today. Their reaction was nothing short of impressive. They stayed calm, maintained control, kept their tow secure, and handled the situation with a level of skill and professionalism you don’t see every day. The driver appeared to get cut off unexpectedly, and they managed to slow down way faster than they should have, while maintaining safety and keeping everyone on SRT out of what was a near life threatening situation. On my way home through Fort Worth, I noticed my car starting to hesitate every time I pressed the gas, and within a few minutes it lost power completely. One minute I was driving along I-30, the next I was sitting on the shoulder watching traffic pass by and wondering what happened. Called Super Low Cost Towing SVS and figured I'd be waiting awhile. Their towing service arrived much faster than I expected. The driver checked that I was okay before doing anything else and immediately got to work securing the vehicle. He even joked that cars always seem to break down when people have somewhere important to be. That small comment honestly helped take the edge off the situation. By the time everything was loaded up and ready to go, I felt a lot less stressed and much more confident things would work out.

Do not use this company! Had me waiting over two hours then called and asked if they could do it the next day and on top of that wanted to charge me $1800 for a 50 mile tow. Shop around found another tow service for half that price Footnote. They were towing a large motorhome but that’s no excuse for poor service and over pricing. Shop around you’ll be glad you did.

Stuck off I-35W near Fort Worth after my car overheated in stop-and-go traffic and completely shut down before I could make it to the next exit. Between the Texas heat and cars flying past, it turned stressful real quick. I sat there hoping maybe the engine would cool off and restart... definitely not happening. I searched 24 hour tow truck Houston even though I was nowhere near Houston, then ended up calling Exceptionally Fast Towing & Roadside instead. Driver showed up in maybe 30 minutes and immediately helped push my car farther off the shoulder before checking under the hood. He stayed calm the whole time and even reminded me to grab my wallet and charger from the console because I was distracted trying to call my mechanic. Better than the roadside assistance Houston line through my insurance. Rare Houston towing service experience that actually made a bad afternoon easier to deal with.

Extremely disappointing experience with Lone Star Towing. I parked briefly at a nearby CVS shopping center to pick up an order and was gone for less than 6 minutes before my vehicle was already being lifted onto the tow truck. The driver told me my options were to pay approximately $140 immediately or over $300 to retrieve the vehicle later from the tow yard. The entire interaction felt aggressive and predatory. I explained my situation, including that I’m an 18-year military member traveling for Memorial Day weekend, and there was absolutely no willingness to work with me whatsoever. What bothered me most was that the vehicle was not fully secured for transport when I approached the driver, yet I was still forced to pay a release fee on the spot. During the process, my bumper was also scraped while the vehicle was being lowered back down. CBS News has reportedly begun looking into complaints regarding towing practices in this area, and after my experience, I can understand why. I hope this company takes a serious look at whether its towing and release practices truly reflect both ethical business standards and Texas towing regulations. Based on my experience, this operation felt more focused on generating quick towing revenue than fairly enforcing parking policies. I would strongly encourage others to be extremely cautious parking anywhere serviced by this company.

Somewhere off I-35 near Fort Worth, my battery completely died in a grocery store parking lot while the Texas heat was doing its usual thing and melting everybody’s patience. Sat there sweating for probably fifteen minutes thinking maybe the car would magically start again... it did not. Called Super Low Cost Towing SVS after searching for a Houston towing service by mistake first, and they still got someone out to me in maybe 35 minutes. Driver walked up carrying one of those giant gas-station iced teas and joked that “cars quit in this heat same as people.” He jumped the battery right there and checked the alternator before sending me on my way so I wouldn’t get stranded again two exits later. Price felt fair, especially compared to some roadside assistance Houston horror stories I’ve heard. Never thought I’d need a 24 hour tow truck Houston search to lead me to decent help, but honestly I drove away relieved.

This place is unprofessional and unsafe. I waited over five hours in extreme heat with my one year old child while the employee refused to release my vehicle or even answer the doorbell. I had valid proof of ownership and my ID was locked inside the car, which is allowed under Texas law as long as you can reasonably prove identity. She ignored me completely, walked away every time we asked for help, and refused to open the door after I told her I was filing a TDLR complaint. That shows she was retaliating and refusing service on purpose. Multiple people tried to help me, including my partner, and she still refused and lied to the police saying people refused to show ID. That was completely false. I had my insurance, photos of my ID, and every required document. She still refused to release my vehicle. The moment my grandfather arrived she suddenly decided to help, proving she could have handled it the entire time but chose to drag it out and be petty. Texas Occupations Code 2303 requires them to release a vehicle when ownership is reasonably verified. They cannot refuse service for personal reasons or retaliation. She violated these laws repeatedly. She also refused to identify herself, refused to provide her license information, and gave inconsistent statements to the police. I am filing complaints with TDLR, the Texas Attorney General, the BBB, the FTC, HUD, the EEOC, and local law enforcement for retaliation, false statements, and endangering a child. My one year old could have had a heat related medical emergency because of her behavior. No business should be allowed to treat people like this. Avoid this place. They lie, retaliate, and abuse their authority. I am following through on every single complaint.

My son is a junior at TCU and his car would not start in a parking lot near the campus after an evening class. He called me before he called a tow company because he did not know which one to use. I found Town's Corner Towing Assistance, called them while he waited with the car. Dispatcher was calm and patient and was not thrown by me calling on his behalf from across town. Driver showed up in about 30 minutes, tried a jump, it held, and he stayed with my son for a few minutes to confirm the car was not going to die again before driving away. My son texted me saying the driver was solid and explained what had happened with the battery. For a college kid who had never dealt with a car situation alone before, that steady presence and explanation mattered. Really appreciated how Town's Corner handled it.

My daughter was driving back from TCU and her car stalled on University Drive near the campus area late on a Friday. they called me before they called anyone else because they was not sure what to do. I called Specialists Towing while they stayed with the car. Dispatcher was calm and organized, gave a realistic ETA for Friday evening traffic, driver arrived inside it. I called two companies before Town's Corner. First did not answer. Second gave me a vague two-hour window and went quiet afterward. Town's Corner answered immediately, gave me a 34 minute window, driver arrived in 32. He assessed the car before touching anything, explained what he was planning to do, loaded it cleanly, and the price at the shop matched the quote on the phone to the dollar. Power steering pump failed on me on I-30 westbound near the Hulen Street exit heading into the Cultural District area on a Tuesday afternoon. Wheel went heavy instantly and I had maybe a half mile of controlled coasting before I got it to the right shoulder. Called Town's Corner Towing Assistance and the dispatcher had my location confirmed and a driver heading out before I finished the description. She gave me a 33 minute ETA and told me to stay buckled and not attempt to steer it further. Driver came in 31, had his safety gear set before approaching my car, loaded the flatbed efficiently given the shoulder situation, and drove me to a shop on South University Drive I had used before. From call to shop in under 90 minutes on I-30 westbound in afternoon traffic. That is the only outcome I needed.

Fuel pump gave out on me on I-35W northbound near the North Side Drive exit during Thursday evening rush. No warning, no gradual decline, just complete loss of power. I had enough roll to get the car to the shoulder before the merge traffic closed in and sat there watching the city move around me at full speed. Called Specialists Towing and the dispatcher was steady and specific. Got my location confirmed, gave me a 34 minute ETA, and told me in plain terms to stay buckled with the door closed until the driver was directly behind me with his lights going. He came in 32. Set up his safety equipment before doing anything else, loaded the flatbed efficiently, and drove me to a shop on North Main Street that could look at it the next morning. Car blew a tire on I-30 westbound near the Hulen Street exit in Fort Worth during the evening commute and the spare in my trunk was completely flat from sitting unused. Needed a tow and needed it fast because that shoulder gets uncomfortable quick when traffic is moving that close. Called Super Low Cost Towing and somebody picked up on the first ring. Gave me a time, driver was there in 24 minutes, loaded the car on a flatbed, and delivered it to the tire shop I use near Hulen Mall. Price quoted on the phone was the price on the invoice. I have used three different towing companies in Fort Worth over the past few years and this was the first time the quote and the invoice were the same number. Towing service in Fort Worth TX that means what it says about pricing. That alone is enough to make it the only company I call going forward.

Absolutely terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this towing company to anyone. They took way longer than promised to show up, and when they finally did, the driver had a bad attitude like I was inconveniencing him. On top of that, the price ended up being way higher than what I was originally quoted, with zero explanation. They handled my car carelessly, and I honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about damaging it. Customer service was no help either—rude, dismissive, and unwilling to fix anything. Save yourself the stress and find literally any other towing service. This one is not worth it.

Towing is a soulless business when done so predatory, they’ll be in trouble if state/city ever mandates they have to give 15min grace before towing but hey🤷🏿♀️ The experience at the tow yard was such a shady feeling! Feels like literal maximum security jail for your car😭🤦🏿♀️ I was immediately charged $321.47 to get my car out. This has been the only business I’ve had to patronize in AMERICA where you can not physically SEE who you are doing business with at any point. Like can’t see who you are giving your govt issued id to, credit card, or cash… why? Because they know they’re doing evil work so they hide behind an extremely tinted window with a slot to do business… very weird … very unprofessional… very predatory. Also they don’t offer any alternatives for payment like payment plans etc & don’t care about whatever you have going on. I got towed the week rent is due & paise God I had it .. but everyone doesn’t. Last but not least COME WITH EXACT CHANGE I was charged $321.47 & paid $322 & was not given my $0.53 change I was so mad & ready to leave I forgot to ask for my damn change but also at proper businesses you wouldn’t have to ASK for your change right?🙂

Towed my car. Got here at 10 PM. AT 1 AM called to let them know he could not unhook the car. The boss I guess showed up at 2AM after a irate call from me at 1AM. I crawled under that car with my tools to try and get it off. The boss man from I see is taking pics to protect his butt. At which point I started videoing everything. They hooked the car wrong and the boss wanted to argue with the driver instead of getting his butt here earlier to take care of the problem. So at 2:30 AM it is finally done. I called to ask for pricing on a tow and the person who answered the phone was not helpful at all. He gave me a quote for one location, but when I asked how much it would be to take the car to another location a little farther away, his tone became rude and dismissive. He said he was busy and didn’t want to give another quote. I politely said thank you, and the call was ended in a way that made it very clear they were unwilling to help. Disappointing experience. They don't have tow trucks. They only have offices that don't exist in different parts of the city. They take the call and pass the service on to other companies that do have tow trucks. Therefore, they charge above the normal price to keep a commission.

1 Star (would give 0 if I could) KQ Towing is by far the worst towing company I have ever dealt with. When they were unloading my car, they handled it so badly that they cracked my front bumper. That’s not just sloppy work it’s flat-out negligence. On top of that, the guys answering the phone is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. And if you think they’ll at least show up on time? Think again. They told me they’d be there in 30 minutes I waited over two hours before they finally arrived. They lie about their ETA, they’re unreliable, and they clearly don’t care about the stress and inconvenience they cause. If you care at all about your car, your time, or basic respect, DO NOT USE KQ TOWING. Save yourself the headache, the damage, and the disrespect. There are plenty of towing services out there this is absolutely not the one you want touching your vehicle.

I called this company to fix my tire right before heading to the airport. They charged me $95 and seemed to get the job done. After being gone on vacation for a week, I came back to find the same tire completely flat again. When I called them back, instead of helping, they gave me the runaround and kept asking the same unnecessary questions over and over, like if I had driven the car, even though I explained multiple times that I had just returned from vacation. It felt like they were trying to make it seem like I was lying. In the end, I had to hang up and call another company to get the problem resolved. For the poor service, lack of accountability, and wasted money, I would not recommend this company.

Fast response, good rates and the Tow Operator (Drew) was fantastic. My truck died on I-35 during rush hr and they were on site in approx 20 min. Drew made sure my truck was handled with care and got me to Rush, he also took the extra steps to make sure I was taken care of at the dealer and even took me to a hotel.. Good man came out around 8:50 pm yesterday while I got a flat about 400 feet after it started. 20 mins later he showed up, plugged the hole from the embedded screw on the bottom of the tire, determined no damage to the sidewalls or rim, and sent me on my merry way! Got to talk about our cars a bit & was charged $150 before tip after the plugging was all done and the tire was aired. Quick service, never had a flat before so I don't know what the normal rates were, but he was very respectful and friendly!

This company is awesome. The driver whose name is also Eric, really knows his stuff. They picked up my bike in literally 15 minutes and got me to where I had to go. If you want reliability, experience and to have your bikes towed without causing any damages, this is the company. Last tow company came out to tow my bike and dropped it. I had to call a tow truck when my car broke down in Southlake, TX. The first company I called was going to take 1.5 hours. I called WreckTek Towing. Rami showed up promptly and dropped me and my car to the dealership. He impressively and efficiently managed to load my car to his tow bed and delivered to the parking spot with precision. He was very professional. Not that I would ever wish for anyone to call a tow but should you ever find yourself in such predicament, I highly recommend this company.

It took some time for him to come out due to Friday traffic which is understandable. Not expensive at all. Would have been if impounded. Acted very professional from the arrival to leaving. Do not use this tow truck company. Yesterday they towed my truck to Fort Worth. The driver said my truck was swinging all over the road and almost threw him off the road. I have no clue what they did. My truck drives perfectly. I was only getting it towed because I have a fuel issue so I could work on it from home. Now, both of my front brand new 26 inch rims are scratched all up. And my alignment is so screwed. Both wheels are poking outward. Not even sure yet how much damage they caused. The owner stated he was trying to make things right with me, but only reimbursing me for an alignment. And is telling me that that his driver did not tear my rims up. When in the picture you can see, it’s very fresh scratches. Do not use this tow truck or you’re gonna regret it and if they tear your car up, they don’t wanna fix it.

4 AM does not only do Towing. They do Towing and they fix your truck and they make sure it is safe before they give it to you. I had my semi truck towed there. It shut off on me with low air pressure right away. They figured out is the air compressor Sure thing they fixed it got me back on the road right away unlike if I took it to the dealership I would’ve stayed there for weeks. If not for a month just to figure out what’s going on with it. Friendly faces great workers in the great owner 100% Recommended thank you so much again 4 a.m. Towing and recovery.

Mo is an outstanding tow truck operator that helped me out of this predicament I was in. Vehicle was inoperable and cannot be moved under its own power. Mo arrived in orderly fashion and ensured the vehicle is towed safely and securely. I enjoyed my stories with him in the cab as we transported the vehicle 35 miles back to my home shop for repairs. Customer service is terrible. They do not have any office on site for their yard, and do not send anybody out until the tow truck is there. So I am currently waiting for their driver to come open the gate and let my tow truck driver in. I called them when the tow truck was 10 minutes out and asked them to come open the gate and start the checkout process but they refused. It has now been almost 20 minutes of the tow truck and I sitting at the gate waiting for them (and I am still waiting.) Terrible service especially since they knew it was going to take them a long time to get out here. Not pleased at all.i have called for updates and all they have said is someone is on the way. Truly awful service.

Rocket Tow really came through for me today! I made the mistake of thinking I could limp a few miles to the tire shop on a flat. Turns out that was a bad call and I ended up stranded on the side of the highway. Rocket Tow showed up fast and completely saved the day. It had already been a rough one and things were only getting worse, but their quick response turned it around. Huge thanks to them! We received great service from Pedro. Our son got in a car wreck on his way home from college and we had to pick him up and leave the car because we live 2 hours from the location. We called this company, Pedro got a mechanic to look at the car the next morning. He also found a body shop that could repair the vehicle and towed the car there. Had the same experience with this company waiting and preying on people who parked in way back of the very empty ihop parking lot while going to a birthday dinner at texas roadhouse where there were no signs visible stating not to park in that area... we made sure not to park where they did have signs visible!!! Walked into the texas roadhouse and saw the signs inside the building that said not to park in the ihop parking lot and immediately turned around to go move the car. Within less than 5 minutes of walking to the restaurant seeing the sign and walking back to car they had an unmarked green truck booting our vehicle. Had to zelle a man named Gary Lemus because their card reader was "down" and they were unable to provide me with a receipt.. super freaking shady. Forced me to pay 200 to get access to my vehicle or wait for them to come tow it? Extremely disgusting practice to prey on families during the holiday season.

They sat out of Texas Road House and told my family we could not park down the hill in another restaurant's lot, which was empty. There were signs, saying not to park farther up, but the place we parked did not have those signs. When we exited the car, a man from LRS Towing told us we could not park in that lot. We asked where we should park, and he said "Just not in this lot". We asked if parking in the IHOP parking lot was okay, and he said "Just not in this lot". Very informative. So my family had 3 cars, we all drove over to the IHOP parking lot and walked over to the Texas Road House. Thinking that that was okay BECAUSE WE ASKED! When we were sitting, waiting for a table, we saw Texas Road House put a new sign on their front door, saying NOW don't park at the IHOP. So, we immediately went to check on the cars. The same man and a group of guys had just walked back over from our cars and they booted all 3. How is that allowed? That was not okay. WE ASKED, They said we were fine, then we got booted. Each car was $160.00 to remove the boot. The men were real pieces of work too, being rude about it. They were rude to begin with, but this was just wrong. Don't tell someone something is fine if it is not. That should be illegal. They make good money out there, LYING to people. Classy Place. ZERO STARS!

Broke the rear end in the Camaro and called A1 because my company also uses them for the big heavy wreckers. Told my situation to the dispatcher and asked if they had a flatbed truck. She sent the driver as I was on the phone and within 20-25 minutes my car was already being loaded up safely. Driver was excellent and very friendly. I'll be calling again soon when it goes to the shop. Definitely recommend. Also for heavy haul and commercial rigs they can tow or pull you out as I've used them for the commercial side as well.

Dudes know what they’re doing. Don’t have to worry about your vehicle being damaged because they take care of it like it was their own I have used these guys multiple times once I was stuck in a tight parking lot, but their drivers are professional experts and were able to get me out with no problem. Edit after the 5/25 business response: Dear Titan Towing owner who refuses to take any accountability and tries to clear off negative reviews — if you did actually find the footage of him looking at the phone at the red light that I captured this photo at (which does not make me a distracted driver, since I wasn’t.. driving), then if you back the footage up 2 minutes you will see were he nearly ran me off the road and also him being distracted on the phone while driving the 10,000 pound wrecking machine. You think I just got bored and made this story up for some random Google review? 🤡 tl;dr: ⚠️ Extremely Dangerous and Inattentive Driving by Titan Towing On this episode of Need for Speed: Tow Truck Edition 🏎️ Had a bit of a heart-racing encounter with a Titan Towing truck near NorthEast Mall in Fort Worth today. Picture this: I’m cruising along, following the 35 mph speed limit, and suddenly, it feels like I’m in an action movie. This massive tow truck comes zooming up behind me and swerves around my car, nearly giving my bumper a "hello" tap—definitely felt like they were pushing 55-60 mph. At the next light, our action hero had transformed into the distracted phone user, nearly missing the green light's cue because of his phone. While I'm all for multitasking, maybe save the screen time for the coffee break? Just a thought. All jokes aside, while the experience was more adrenaline-pumping than my daily commute calls for, I do hope Titan Towing can dial back the speed and keep their eyes on the road for safety’s sake.

The lady who took my call was decently polite, and got the job done. Tow truck driver was friendly at pick up but when I asked for paperwork or receipt at the end he got the biggest attitude, and was so rude telling me he couldn’t give me paperwork, and I needed to call which is fine, I didn’t mind at all to do that but your attitude in a crappy time when I just spent $260 to get my car home is very unnecessary. Not sure if the prices are cheap compared to others, I only called one other place and just decided to go with Denny’s.

My car was overheating and I was really worried about how I was going to get the car back home. I called and they were able to answer all my questions. He got there way quicker than any other company could, which was a huge plus! The price was very fair and he was really kind and helpful. This process could not have gone smoother. So I called different towing companies and this was the best I've came across. I felt safe and comfortable with the experience that I had with with this company. Very customer service friendly and very reliable and quickly came to my request for help. As I woman coming home from work from a long day at work. I definitely felt safe and comfortable with this company. And most importantly I'm not getting paid for this postive review and I would definitely recommend this company for help. I just moved to the area and am not familiar with the area. I popped my passenger side tires and was in need of a tow. It was also my daughters birthday. Zeke had great communication with me before he even arrived. When he got to me, (which was fast) he quickly got me hooked up and where I needed to go. He also helped make my daughters birthday a little more special! He was very professional and went out of his way to put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend this service to anyone! Absolute wonderful service from Zeke and his company Towtally Reliable Towing! He was very friendly when I called to inquire about towing my vehicle, and answered all my questions. He arrived at the time he stated, it didn’t take him long to hook up the vehicle and was very affordable. He told me he would send me pictures of the vehicle when he dropped it off, and he did exactly what he said! I first used this company when I had a major blow out on I- 20 freeway, I was so petrified!! I googled for towing and thank God Totally Reliable Towing came to my rescue😀 Zeke was the person I dealt with on the phone, he could tell I was so scared, he made sure that I was calm and he would be keeping in touch with me to let me know how close he was. Wonderful and affordable experience. My car broke down again for the second time in less than a month. So needless to say I've already been out over three grand in repairs and towing and today I was gonna be out even more. I called Classic Auto Wrecker at 7am even before they started sending out their wreckers and had someone to me within the hour. The price was crazy affordable, the wrecker driver was friendly, commutative, and handled my car with care. My last tow experience with a different company the driver took 9 hours to get to me and I never got back some of the money I spent on the service as promised. I highly recommend this company . Reliable and dependable.

these are the best at what they do. always on time and patient. My daughter was stuck out in addison and they could not find her. she failed to tell them she was in a parking garage. (17 year old) they drove around and around and FINALLY figured it out and got her car towed to shop and went above any beyond to get the car. Noah the driver is amazing. Sam the owner really is amazing.

I am so happy I called Fort Worth 24 Hour Towing. Steve had the lowest price by almost half the other estimates and was super quick. He also notified me when my car had been dropped off at the service station. Having to get a tow is never pleasant, but Steve made it was less painful than I was expecting. Highly recommend!

I chose this place because of their high reviews, but after getting home and seeing my car, which had a completely totaled windshield, damaged hood, damaged top of car, and the fenders ripped out where the front door wouldn't open... I don't see how. The main issue here was I was told everything went fine upon delivery when I called to check. This was a straight up lie. When I called back after seeing it to ask, they admitted that it happened while they were towing it but still blamed someone else. No accountability. Here's before they pick it up and after they drop it off...
