This is the second and hopefully the last time I ever need a tow. But if I do, I’ll always call Eriker towing. They are super quick. I waited 30minutes. And on a SATURDAY!! So fast! No one has time to wait. I liked that the car was towed on a flatbed and not dragged. Ask for RIGO! He was super friendly, fast and professional. I’ve already been telling everyone about this company.

Jay did an outstanding job with our tow! He went out of his way to make a 2 and a half hr trip seem like minutes and took such great care of my vehicle in the process!! We will definitely reccomend him to anyone, anytime!!

Great customer service. I called for a relative who had had a flat, and I am in another state. I found him online and was on site in 10 minutes (no exaggeration). He was polite and got the job done. Would highly recommend

Awesome service. My grandsons car’s brakes went out in Texas, 3 hours away from home. JJ’s towing got my grandson, my grandson’s girlfriend, and his car all back home safely. Very responsible and professional. 10/10

My son and his girlfriend went out of state across state lines to Texas from Oklahoma For a day trip for his 19th birthday. They ended up having car trouble and we were able to call JJs Towing for emergency help (After another horrible phone call to accompany where I could barely understand due to the foreign accent). JJs immediately answered, responded, and helped us when we were miles apart and was scared for my son and his safety. The driver loaded the vehicle into the truck and brought my kids, and vehicle, back when I was worried and scared beyond belief. They were honest, Kind, caring and understanding of the situation… Even though my son is technically an “adult“ he is fresh out of high school And about to go to college, just trying to enjoy his birthday on his “last summer” Before adulthood.. we are so grateful and felt like my son was in great hands with a very fair price. I constantly checked on my son throughout the entire drive, and he felt safe and comfortable as well. I would 100% recommend this company for any needs that they provide. I am a very protective mama and probably will be for the rest of my life. For them to make me feel like my child And his girlfriend were safe, makes them very reliable and trustworthy in my books, And should be in everyone else’s book as well. As much as it sucks to tow your car these guys are great. Fair prices from the begining, they work with you on pickups and drop offs. I had to do 3 tows in 3 days and they were faster than anyone else and didn't gouge me. Driver was a great guy too, wish I had his name to shout him out. Office and dispatch news great with payment options and keeping me up to date with ETAs. If I could give more stars I would, hopefully I don't need to call them again soon, but I have them locked in!

Super grateful to have gotten in touch with J on Saturday night. He was not difficult to get in touch with (even at 2 am). He sent a quick quote and there were no surprise fees at the end. If you need a good rescue - 10/10 recommend!

Got a flat & the tire repair kit didn't do the trick, so we called to get it towed to a tire shop. They quoted a good price, came within 10 minutes and swiftly & skillfully picked up the car. At the tire shop I had a chance to chat a bit and he was friendly too 😊 Don't hesitate - give these guys a call whenever you need a tow 😎👍

I had a unexpected accident in Rockwall on Sunday btwn 5-6 in the evening. Blew out 3 tires (2 passenger & 1 driver side). Had to maneuver onto the curb/sewer curb to avoid being hit by another vehicle. Truck hit curb & jumped out of control into the street and I managed to get onto the shoulder/median. Damage, airbags blown and foot railing torn off along with tires. A little shaken up, I looked up towing companies near me and Eriker Towing Services popped up with a 4.9 rating and now I know why. Erik, the owner answered professionally and got all the details. I was a little skeptical so I was hesitant when it came down to paying before service, but he offered me a fair option and it all worked out. Driver was also very careful and professional when loading and unloading the vehicle. Very satisfied 😌 to say the least. Thanks guys for ur professionalism and excellent customer service (24 hr sevice), I truly appreciate it 🙏🏽

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Miguel was absolutely amazing! He changed my tire quickly and professionally, but what really stood out was how he took the time to educate me throughout the process. He explained what happened, what to look out for in the future, and even gave helpful tips to prevent it from happening again. It wasn’t just a service it was an experience. If I could 0 star I would. I just called David’s Towing for help, and the man who answered the phone was unbelievably rude. He kept cutting me off while I was explaining my situation and didn’t even try to listen or offer some type of help. I was polite and calm, just asking a simple question, but his attitude was completely uncalled for. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine how they act in person. Definitely not a company I would ever recommend or call again. Avoid this company — they clearly have no respect for people or professionalism.

Hired them a few times. And this time they straight up lied to my face about the title status for a car pickup. They take a while to schedule the pickup. They are prompt at delivery which is good .but beware Saul driver won't pickup your title unless you TELL THEM TO PICK IT UP if your picking up from copart

Lowest price out, and they didn’t change the amount like most will do. Charge me 160 to go from west dallas to mesquite. Others want over 220 or more just to start. And help me push my car in the parking lot great people try them.

I use them to transport my 95 Corvette across the city over 30 miles. He also did us the favor of taking our junk engine that we needed out of the way. I called alot of places to consult. He not only had the best prices, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took real skills to get my car in the carport. I definitely would recommend.
