Had JG towing tow my moms 4runner back to the house a few weeks ago! And no complaints here! Good guy, with reasonable pricing, and he got us taken care of quickly in the most professional manner possible! I will definitely be calling him again when I am in need of a tow! Definitely recommend.

The North Richland Hills Police Department contracted these people to tow my 2015 Nissan Altima S only a few miles. They picked my car up from the front two tires. After I received my car The front end was shaking so aggressively that I could not go over 20 miles an hour (By the way, I was going 60 miles an hour when I was pulled over, causing them to have to tow it ) So I immediately called and said that there was something wrong with my vehicle and they denied that it was even possible for The vehicle to have been damaged. They sent me to a car repair place and when I pulled up I didn’t even tell the repair people what happened to my car yet they came with a diagnosis that it wasn’t from towing damage if I didn’t tell them information then how did they know about that? It’s because they are in cahoots with the tow company. I have now had to replace my wheel bearing both CV axles and both tie rods on my vehicle. They have never owned up to it, and they have never offered to pay for the damages. These people are shady business at the very least and are criminals in my opinion. If you have the option never do business with them.

I was trying to find out why my tire was flat found a large nail center the thread. He aired it up but the tire lost air rapidly. So we he loaded it up and towed to Toyota dealership. 2bit showed up quickly was efficient. They are in my contact list for future. I cannot remember the towers name but he was quick and efficient. I gave 2bit the ok to add him to this post if you can.

Tommy was the driver that towed my truck and he was very professional. They are not the cheapest but their trucks are top notch and they arrived in 15 minutes. I recommend them if you need to be towed promptly.

My radiator started boiling and I had to pull over. James responded very quickly and was there in about 10 minutes. Very professional and courteous and even gave me some good advice for fixing the problem. Would highly recommend him and would use his services again!

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone at AA Wrecker Service. Last Sunday, my car was impounded, and I’ll be honest, I went in expecting the worst. Places like these don’t always have the best reputation, but from the very first visit, your staff completely proved me wrong. When I came in just to collect my belongings, everyone was respectful, patient, and genuinely kind, and that immediately stood out to me. My car ended up being there for a full week, and when it was finally time to get it out, the cost was higher than what i had presumed it to be. (I didn’t have enough money to get it out) There were 3 tow truck drivers/ Associates i want to specifically acknowledge who went to bat for me that day. What stood out just as much as the gesture itself was their humility afterwards. When I tried to get their names so I could thank them individually, they brushed it off and emphasized that the credit belonged to the entire team, not to them personally. That kind of selflessness and team-oriented integrity is rare and speaks volumes about the culture at AA Wrecker Service. Your team treated me with professionalism and understanding, and most importantly with respect. On top of that, after everything was paid and handled, my car wouldn’t start. Instead of sending me on my way, your staff helped jump my car and made sure I was good to go. That extra effort was not only greatly appreciated but restored my faith in corporate companies who put customer care above profits. Reading your reviews afterward, I realized how consistent this experience is, and I’m glad to now be adding my voice to that. Friendly, Comparable prices to most other companies. Dropped off vehicle right where I wanted it being it has no gears. Flat bed it was towed on was new heavy duty and looked as it can handle any vehicle.

I usually do not have to get towed but when the time came, Two Bit Tow showed up as requested and driver stayed up to date with me along the way with traffic updates. They did a great job taking care of my vehicle and towed to its destination without issues. Took good care of my vehicle as well. 5 👍🏼s up for these guys. Thank you guys for excellent service.

I was told less than 30 min, my car was 11 min away. Person that answered the phone was very rude. It took the guy 1:13 min to arrive, He drive crazy and actually almost hit me. I was very visible for 4 miles away because I was the only car and the police had his lights on. Never using this guy's again!

It was a Blessing and a Curse. Yesterday I was in a bad car accident. I'm grateful I wasn't hurt. Because just now seeing the damage to my vehicle. Lord I honor the.The truck which speed into me and another car 🚗 was tow to AA Wrecker Company in Haltom City.Upon entering the building I was greeted so heartfelt ♥.
